To far away from everything staff where unhelpfull and could not fully understand English and even though it seems cheap to stay for a weekend in buffalo the cost to get anywhere cancels out the original savings.

We were given a quiet room in the back (111), nice and clean, good bed. Nothing special but for the price it was fine. Location is perfect for Buffalo Bills games, easy walking distance to the stadium. Plenty of chain restaurants and a Tops market within a mile or so.
Won't win any prizes for ambience or beauty! Independently operated (not a chain) so no way to get satisfaction from higher up if there would be a problem (which there was not in our case).

The manager helped us willingly when we had car trouble. A minor difficulty with the calibration of the door key was handled promptly and efficiently. The accommodations were simple but everything was clean and worked properly, from the remote/TV to the air conditioner to the coffee maker. In comparing notes with other parents from out of town who stayed at more expensive B&Bs, we were even more pleased with our choice.

Their was nothing to like about this facility. After entering the room we found the place a filthy mess. Returned to front desk with wife and grandchild and voiced our displeasure with the room. Manager had no response except to say he would give us our money back. This we did and left the area.
How the New York Health Dept. Allows a place like this to stay open is unbelieveable. The room we were given had dirty stained sheets. The air conditioner was dirty and did not work. The light in the bathroom was broke. The sink and shower was a pig pen. The phone had grease and other stains over the receiver. The bathroom door was bent as if it was kicked in. Over all I would not allow a dog to sleep in this hotel.

The room I booked was cheap and brand-new, complete with a jacuzzi tube and a king bed, as example. The location of the hotel was favourable and incredibly comfortable - not too far from Highmark Stadium. And it was also really close to Ralph Wilson Stadium, even Niagara Falls, and the restaurants in the area.
